Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there’s a pricing error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after payment, we’ll refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated.

Products

Our garments are handloom woven and block-printed by hand. Slight variation in colour, weave, and print placement is inherent to the process and is not a defect. Product photographs are representative; screen colour rendering varies.

Limited-edition items are produced in stated quantities and are not restocked.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Dutch law, including your right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. See our Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, prints, photographs, and text — belongs to KOTA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where exclusion would be unlawful. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Complaints

Email hello@kotastudio.org and we’ll respond within 14 days. If we can’t resolve it between us, you may refer the matter to a competent Dutch consumer dispute body or your local equivalent.
