Pre-order items ship by 14 October 2025. You’ll receive tracking by email on dispatch.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times

Estimates only, and they begin from dispatch, not from order.

•          Netherlands: 1–3 business days

•          EU: 3–7 business days

Customs and import duties

Orders to the EU are shipped with all taxes included — nothing further to pay. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email hello@kotastudio.org with your order number and we’ll trace it.
