Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, tell us your decision to withdraw by a clear statement — email us at hello@kotastudio.org. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

Send items back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with any tags attached. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods — in short, you can try it on as you would in a shop.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you supply proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will not charge you any fee for the refund.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items are covered by the same rights. Your 14-day withdrawal period begins when you receive the item, not when you place the order. You may also cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund — just email us.

Faulty or incorrect items

Separate from the above, EU law gives you a two-year legal guarantee that goods conform to the contract. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
